Workplace Pensions Reform - Is Your Business Ready?
As an employer you will be aware that workplace pensions law is changing starting from 2012 and every employer will have to act. But are you ready?
Employers Must:
- Automatically enrol eligible jobholders into a qualifying pension scheme
- Make contributions on behalf of their workers
- Register with The Pensions Regulator
- Communicate certain information to their workers
Failure to comply with the pension law will lead to fines and prosecution.
